Well the world goes around they say…
The question is who are we and why are we doing what ever with our lives??
This has been the major question for centuries!! But it is one we all must answer; either directly or in a delayed manner… Either way we will answer it!!
So lets look at some reasons people do not get their act together as they say:
1) Some people are waiting for something to happen… What they do not realize is that things are happening each and every day!! Ready or not things change and people move on… The plan is to try to see the pattern in each of our lives so we can make the appropriate actions to achieve more of what we want in life…
2) Another thing that strangles people is just not having any foresight or Gumption as we say down in Dixie!! Wither you realize it or not the only thing that gets rewards or advancement is efforts… This requires you to decide then do something… HUH!! Nothing gets ever gets done just sitting around and waiting for someone else to do it for you!!
3) Next is the common but false belief that someone owes you something!! The example of this is most of the so called government “entitlement ” programs… An example is the current method where the so called “Income tax” {BTW: That is suppose to be a tax on Income or earning} now actually pays people who never earned or paid any tax… What is wrong with this picture?? Of course as usual those on the receiving end love it; and those who are forced to pay it resent it!! So it goes back to why do people think someone owes them something??
4) Many people think life is about getting a lot of stuff; and many times not even caring where it comes from… HUH!! This is really a warped view which shows why so many people tend to be the greedy self centered people they are… DUH!! What you should be doing is learning to help others and then benefit yourself by contributing more than you take from society!! What an idea, well maybe you might try it some time!!
These are just a few ideas we can look at to make this a better world both for our self and those we are privileged to meet on our pathway of life!!

I have been completing my next book; which should be out fall of 2007….
I have gone over the title several times… It should be called ” Swift Wind ” Since it is about a Contest involving several teams on ships; discovering clues to a special life altering mystery reward…
It will be based on many islands & ports of call around the world that I have visited on my road of life… This will give a personal view ot this mystery adventure…
